Lightbulb **Please sticky** June 10th luxury meet GTA

OK i am having this years first luxury meet since last year.

It is some what last minute as i usually make these months in advance but here goes.
As Kensai Racing /KHF has moved i am using them as host to help people know where the new shop is.
They are organizing reps from the audio and performance end of things to come out and bring a few manufacturer cars out. They will also be providing a BBQ and freebie giveaways as well.
They were located on Nantucket by Kennedy and Lawrence/Ellesmere.
They are now by Steeles and esna park/Dennison (behind Don Valley Lexus)
Kensai Racing is located at 170 Esna park drive

Take 401 to 404 north
exit steeles/woodbine ,go past steeles do not turn.
make a right at Dennison and they are located on the North-East corner of Esna Park and Dennison.

It starts at 2pm and will go until 7 atleast.

I am trying to get an amazing dent remover PDR guy to come out with his Turbo'd pt cruiser to get some great deals for everyone.
Also am trying to get a clear bra tint guy to give estimates and hopefully a good deal for all those interested.
Their is a possibility of a bumper blender i know to come out as well who does quick touch ups cheap and professional.

All interested let me know and post in the thread.
Here so we can all see the total amount from all the clubs i am extending the invite to .

Well here is a question then Sammy, if they did most if not all the work on your car what is wrong with them now?

Sorry guys if I sound negative, I'm just trying to look out for my fellow G members so that they don't have to go through the same pains that I did. It sounds like others here know what I mean as well.

Don't even get me started. Yes they did "most" of the work initially and then after that I got the pleasure of spending thousands of dollars to get it fixed the right way.

Here is one example, due to an "install" problem, that I even made the shop aware of because of discussions from other members on these forums, the power steering line got chewed through from the turbo housing rubbing against it and I broke down on the 401. The power steering line should have been relocated and not even been close to an extremely hot turbo housing. I had the car towed to their shop which cost me $250 because I needed a flatbed, I was without my car for a week and on top of that they charged me $80 labour for fixing their mistake.

That is only the tip of the iceburg. Like I said don't even get me started.

No ,i don't think you are being vindictive in being negative just saying how you feel.
I have no problem with you saying they aren't the best shop for you ,i am more interested in what exactly was the problems you encountered.
I for one am not trying to turn this into a arguing match at all more of the aspect learning of your experience for everyone involved. So i am not trying to turn this into a flame session.

I doubt anyone wants a flame war either, bro, and I'm sure we can all learn from Sam's experiences.
Whether he'd like to share more with us, tho, is up to him. He may not wish to rehash what sounds like turned into a very bad and expensive experience.

No flame suits needed!

Hey SK, don't get me wrong, I would love to attend another one of your meets, just not if it's at KHF. Let me know when you have another one and I will gladly attend if I have time.

As far as KHF I would rather not go into any more details on this forum as I am sure others from KHF will probably be reading it as well and I don't want to start any wars here, my intent is to warn other members so that they don't get taken like I did. The other members of this forum know the troubles I've had through convo's at meets and can judge for themselves whether they use KHF in the future. End of subject and sorry for hijacking this thread. I really didn't mean to, all I said was "No Thanks".

I'll pass by just to have a look.

I'll roll in with my 1992 honda accord with 412,000km on it and watch everyone look at me like i have 2 heads. lol.

I don't know about engine work but i thought KHF did some good audio installs
