Spoke to Steve tonight and the facilities will not be available on the 17th of September. He has a family commitment that has come up that he can't miss.
He will be unable to set up the electricity and water for us on that day.

OK, good to know. We will leave it w/the dates currently posted. Thanks again Sam! This time I am going to make a point of wash/waxing Steve's car - these meets would be a bust without him.
