Was there any thought to creating a Toronto G35 Club at all?

 

Would we get together in parking lots and cover our cars in TGC stickers?

 

Well I just mean there are a ton of G35s in TO and I was surprise that there wasn't a seperate club....

 

It's only been in the past year or so that the numbers in TO have increased dramatically. Colin, correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that there were only 20 or so members in Sothern Ontario a year ago.
I remember my first meet at Square One in May of 05 there were 8 or 9 of us. The forum was a lot quieter then too.

 

If you start something, I'm sure we'll all come. what's on your mind?

That's right, Sam, there weren't the #'s then that we have now.....Our numbers have exploded in the last year or 2 which was to be expected.
Have a look at the other clubs to see what's involved with setting up and maintaining something like that. It can be quite formal and involved and takes a lot of members' time, which is great so long as there's enough interest.

I'm sure there are pluses and minuses to having both a formal club say like FGC and an informal one like we have.....
