Today, I went to AginCourt To get my oil filter and Engin Oil Changed...And as i walk toward the front of my car i saw my lisence plate bult was Rusted, Ok, I told them to change it for me...only 4 bults...You know how much that cost me? 25 canadian dollars...WTF?!?!?!?!? I ask them for a reason...
they told me: (Oh~the bult was rusted and really really hard to get it out) I mean wat the FXXX those 4 bult whould of cost me 1dollar or 2 at max at canadian tire just across the street... Next time when you wanna replace something at nissan body shop...think before you do...and ask before they do....

talk about customer care and satisfaction, i guess all they see is $ signs. You should take this to the GM and INIFINTI canada, are they not the ones that put on those cheap bolts anyways? the new ones they put in are probably gonna rust too and next time they'll probably charge you $100.

One beef i always had with infiniti was when i would take my QX4 in for oil changes, they would charge an arm and a leg for the service, but there was always some extra charges like enviromental charges, and oil recylcing charges which i guess u can argue are legit BUT they charged me something like $3.50 for cleaner or some BS like that, and i asked what that was all about and they said its to wipe off oil that might have gotton on the car from the oil changing process. Then i asked you charge $3.50 for wiping oil off the car, why dont u charge me for the air that the F ing mechanic breathes and let me pay for his lunch too and the soap he uses to wash his hands at the end of the day. I said if you charge me $3 for 2 squirts of a cleaning solution then i should be entitled to keep that bottle of cleaner because i'm paying for the whole bottle anyway.

Man, you should report to Infiniti Canada. I think the service dept. of Agincourt really SUCKS!!! Especially the Michael guy, last time i went in for my lifetime oil change, he replied me that it wasn't show on the computer. Then i told him that the sales manager offered it to me for free, while they didn't mail me the card. (well, by the time i got my car, they run out of the card, so...). I asked him to check with the manager for me if i have it or not. He start giving me F*ing attitude! I told him for sure i have the lifetime oil change, and he replied "that's not my problem." Then i get really pissed and yell at him "this is not my problem either but Agincourt Infiniti's problem, and i am your customer", then he finally move his butt to ask the salesperson for me. WTH?!And now they charging 25 CND for license bults? that's bullshit!

that's pretty damn good.

but sometimes, I fear any of those "free" services they give... I'm almost sure they would tend to do a crappier job than if you paid for it. afterall you can't really complain since it's free. (not to say whether regular service is any better.)

I went their for engine oil change, and oil filter.
I thought i might as well change the bult...because i thought it was gonna be few dollars...but it came up 20...

That is just another sad story...Next time im gonna go somewhere else to change the engine oil...What is the type of engine oil they use for G35 sedan anyway?

Alta infinti charged be .75 hours of labour which is like $60 to install a K&N air filter even though my car was already in the shop getting an oil change, that means in the garage with the hood open and the air filter staring the technician in the face, all he had to do was open 4 snaps, take the old filter out an put in a new one. 5 MINS max!!!!!!!!!!

sorry folks i have a lot of these stories to tell you. I dont know if its the price of owning a nice car or if they do that everywhere. i might share a few more with you all later

I have got some reasonable prices for the oil change, pedal install, or spoiler install from them before.And last time I went there to do the oil change and insepction, and asked Jerry to install the grounding kit for me. Guess how much he charged me for the labour for grounding kit install? FREE!!! Maybe just because this is the first grounding kit he install on G35C, or he had too much time to spend that day.... I agree with Saridi. Go to Infiniti of Yorkville if your haviing a crapper of a time with other dealers. Jerry is an auto enthusiasts himself and knows what guys like us go through when trying to keep our ride top notch.

I had one bad experience with Agincourt waaaaay back many moons ago when I owned a Nissan 280ZX Turbo and swore that I would never set foot in that dealership. I've been a customer of Nissan products for over 15 years in owning a 280 ZX Turbo, 2 x 240SX's and now a G35 Coupe.

Jerry has been with Nissan for a long time as well and has done a great job to help me look after my 240SX's and naturally now my coupe. You can't go wrong with that kind of track record from Jerry.

I remember reading a while ago that Willowdale Infiniti had a really bad reputation... guess I will search for it later. but does anybody have any experiences they wanna share about Willowdale? cuz that is where I bought my car from, and is closest to my house.

The salesguy that got me my car was pretty good, even though I've been thoroughly paranoid. I wonder how their service dept is..

 

Was there a price on the invoice for just the bolts?
If I need warranty work done I'd like to try Jerry @ Infiniti of Yorkville. No better way to achieve loyal customers than fair pricing AND customer service!
