VARY NICE I would have never guessed on that one thing is we definitly think alike, last week I was talking to the wife about the "Suday Drive in the country car" and I've always wanted a 2 seater roadster, nothing like a spirited drive with the top dropped on a nice summer day.
That of course will have to wait untill my 2 Girls are Married.

Had a great day today...
Started out 9 a.m. in Barrie, where Mark from Chipguard worked his magic.
They did a full bumper wrap, & an extended hood wrap ~18" coverage;
I also had them do the complete rocker panels as well.
With the curves & wheel flares it was a chip magnet waiting to happen.
I also have something else in the works that may be very interesting to some members
...stay tuned
Here's the guys hard at work

Hey Ian - how did the clear bra turn out? 18" up the hood huh? Nice - I am thinking about that on the 335i. You'll have to keep me apprised on it's quality and the price, maybe I will hit up Mark instead of John...Ooo, sibling rivalry!
Oh, and fwiw the trunk on that thing is surprisingly large.

After I finished up @ Chipguard, I spent the rest day on the road in this amazing little beast.
BMW is very specific about the break in of this car. (& I think all M class)
It goes in at 2K klicks for service, oil & a once over... IIRC they don't do this with the other cars.
They also have data storage in the key fob, which gives them all kinds of info.
Soooo I behaved myself & kept revs below 5K rpm, as instructed.
I spent the whole afternoon running break in drill.
- Smooth throttle tip in.... & agressively load her up.
- float her down... & do it again & again........all afternoon
LOL, I think everone else on the road thought I was nuts;
They'd be all over my rear... then I'd disappear....on my rear.. disappear
Gawd I'll be happy when she's broken in

End of the day I stopped at Steelcase for a winter wheel fitment.
Strangely Tirerack shows a 17" fitment for the M Roadster.
They must have missed the news flash that this baby has the 2piece CSL rotors & calipers.
Dave (Steelcase) took one look.... ain't no way 17"s are going over those brakes.
Long & short of it... he's got some 18" M reps coming in tomorrow.
LOL.... I got home tonight & realized I hadn't had anything to eat since a piece of toast at 7a.m.
... Did I have fun????
Absolutely
