just thought to let everyone know...

last night when i got back to streetsville go train station with my buddy, we quickly realized someone smashed his back window on black spec-v. nothing much was taken (shift ****) as he has no mods inside but it was a real pain after a full day of work.

my other buddy from protege club also informed us one of the member's car was also broken into at streetsville station and all his stereo equipments (box, amp, etc) were stolen.

when he called local police office to file a report, he was informed 5 other cars been reported fot break-ins so far from streetsville station.

i know there was a recent thread regarding go train station break-ins and thought to re-remind everyone to be careful.. although i'm not sure what can be done to stop them..

I like the recent suggestion that a Horton's should be built next to every one of those stations.......

if you know that area look at britannia... there are about 4 of them within walking distance of each other between britannia and creditview to britannia and hurontario... i swear you can see one from the other one if you removed the buildings inbetween them :P lol...

Yah Streetsville GO parking is really bad. I heard of a number of people who had their cars broken into there. I agree timmies right in the middle of that parking lot would definitely solve the problem.

 

Sorry to hear about your friend's car. I park at the Streetsville GO station daily. Mind you I just got back from Italy on Firday night, so my car wasn't there when this happened. Now I'm a little concerned.....
