Will Stadium do warranty work, or is Hyatt our only option?

I have tried to buy a new car from Hyatt twice. Last year I tried to buy an 06 G but left Hyatt frustrated and drove over to Glenmore Audi and bought my A4...maybe I should thank them because I love my A4.

Last month I tried to buy the 07 G from a different sales person this time, and they frustrated me again, so I got on the phone and have ordered from Vancouver. Again maybe I should thank Hyatt, because I am save +$2k.

I'd rather deal with Hyatt and keep the M45S.

Oh yah, found another door ding today. Does it ever end????
Jeff, call Infiniti Canada about the problems you've had. They do take them seriously, especially if there is a pattern of complaints for one dealership. They will (and have) taken away Infiniti Dealership status from the poor performing ones. They should take care of your issues.

Well day 1 went by without a call from the service manager. I guess Hyatt's take on this is if we don't call him maybe he'll go away. They are right I'm going to go away permanently and to think I was actually looking forward to the next M45.

It's a shame that people will stay away from a certain car company because of p!ss poor service by a specific dealership. I would be extremely annoyed as well Jeff.......I had a similiar experience with my local VW dealership.

Jeff, regardless if you are going to go away permanently, consider phoning Infiniti Canada to file a formal complaint. It might help the other Calgary G owners who will continue to rely on Hyatt for servicing.

My two cents.

I'm pissed at the dealer, and unfortunately for Infiniti there's only one dealership. Calgary is big enough for 2 and it should be a rule they can't be owned by the same person or company.

Yep, I hear ya. I am actually quite surprised that there are not two dealerships in Calgary.

Not likely that kind of rule will be honoured. Here we have 2 Nissan dealers(one is also an Infiniti store). We also have two Toyota stores (one is also a Lexus store). Same owner of all 4. I won't bore you with what else they own.
