The City streets are clear and dry now. Not crazy about the Tax Increase the City is proposing and partially due to the extra Snow 'Removal' efforts of the graters (they said $5 million or so? ) because the residential streets were bad. The wind rows left at the sides of the street make it all but impossible to park cars on many residential roads, so parking for Christmas Dinners, etc. may be tough. Good think our cul-de-sac is cleared!

I agree, I like it at hovering at -10C so it's not too cold, and the car stays clean!

You know Gord, we have a 15 ft. high pyramid of snow in the middle of our cul de sac. I am almost to the point of hiring a private contractor to remove this stuff but I am hearing that the snow dumps are almost full. Everyone in the cul de sac has multiple cars and it is very difficult to navigate in and out. Can't wait to see what happens if we get another dump of snow.

That's odd. I thought they were going to leave the 15 foot pile of snow in our's as well. My daughter was having a lot of fun playing with her friends on it, and I told her it was there to stay for the winter.

Then when I came home on Wednesday, I noticed it was gone! They even got rid of the windrows in front of our lots!

So I thought they changed their mind about clearing some of the residential roads.
