Spark Plug Question

Looking at replacing the sparkplug but which applications do I use?

Normal Heat and One step Colder. also looking at adding the HKS ignition system.

M, Other than for track/racing events, I personally wouldn't deviate from the OEM plugs. They're tuned best for normal, everyday, all-round driving in our climate.

Thanks Colin can always count on you . But if I were to change to NGK I now know I would need standard and not the one step colder unless my car is FI
