Just need to polish up the edges & I'll stick it down.
I can cut one for you if you like... now that I have a template.

I'll get a pic on the weekend after I put it in place.

I was just going to do the usual silver bulb/paint/LED thing.
But when I pulled the bulbs I was surprized to see they are clear.....
The amber colour is from a reflector behind the bulb.
I saw one guy that had them done, but he paid someone to do it & didn't know the process.
I'll have a closer look one of these days.
If it requires splitting the lights to get in there.. then I won't bother.
The other posibility is if they can be reached & broken then pieced/vac'd out.

The inner projectors are used for DRL here.
Not sure otherwise.

That is way cool, I love the old hot rods, too, though I've never had one. Missed owning a '67 Chevelle 396 when I was 16 by this | | much. My uncle was selling it for $1000. My Dad was gonna buy it and I was gonna pay him back. Then my uncle said he wanted $2000. My Dad told him to go to he11. No matter how I begged and pleaded, he wouldn't do the deal. Just as well, I'da killed my stupid self in it (as I nearly did on a motorcycle 10 years later).
So bring Dad to the Alberta meet!!
