Is there no cure....???

Thanks for posting up Ian.
WOW. Oh so sweet. The stance is excellent and those wheels suit the roadie perfectly. What a job with the fitment!
But I keep looking for those amber side markers and can't find them.
I'm betting you want some good weather today to log some miles on the new rubber and wheels and listen to that jet engine exhaust.

They were a bit of a challenge to install via the wheel well liner.
When removing the OEMs, I dropped one down inside a cavity... what a PITA to get it out.
I'm actually temped to pull the bumper & get a body shop to patch the front one.
I just got back form a run... looks like the supplier scewed up the ballancing
Think I'll try to find a shop with a road-force ballancer.
Almost all the Nissan/Infiniti dealers have a road-force ballancer, but I don't really trust them on these wheels.
**Any GTA guys know of a good shop with a road-force unit???

That's a shame about the balancing. What about your guys at Steelcase or they too assembly line/without road balancer?
Your marker retros look good- hardly noticeable. Spend the money filling them on something else.
I've been cruising in mine this morning and I'm heading out again. Beautiful day. What a nice feeling after my Caravan all winter.

Wow Ian, everything worked out sooo well , the drop combined with the fitment of those Volks looks amazing.
Nice job, all your research has paid off.
Your dissappearing front and rear reflector mod worked great.
Heck I just got home from our quick shopping trip to Michigan, haven't even got my jacket off. Had to have a look at your work. Sweet .

So, did you find something to do while the ladies shopped?

Thanks Chico....
I'm a big fan of lippage on most cars...
Hovever I saw a few Z4 done that way & I didn't think it suited the body style.
Seemed to really age the design some how.
I'm hoping the springs will settle a tad, just did them last week & they don't have any milage on them yet.
Right now it's a one finger space.

Maybe its an optical illusion but there's some decent camber on those rear wheels.

I'm still waiting another week or so for the springs to settle, then I'll do the alignment.
I will be running a little more camber than OEM spec, (OEM is pretty tame)
but I don't want to chew up the PS2s too quick either.
This pic, camber looks normal.
