Yes they do. I bought my xm tuner from them some time ago. BUT, make sure you request USPS - they didn't offer it over the web when I did my first order and I got nailed with the brokerage fee. My second order I did by phone and the guy had no problem with doing USPS.

Excellent people to deal with, in my experience.
