I learned a lesson on clear bra when I installed mine. When I got a quote from local 3m clear bra installer, the price of the sticker ( clear bra) was higher than the one I could buy online. So I went ahead and ordered clear bra online. Now that I didn't order the sticker directly from the installer, he wouldn't put it on for me. I did find other installer who doesn't mind using my already purchased sticker but he couldn't use it because it wouldn't fit right. So I paid $500 for the sticker it doesn't fit and another $500 for his material cost and labor.

Ouch! Did you try to get any satisfaction from the online supplier?

BTW, could someone tell me what an Aero kit is?
Thanks in advance.
In the US the Aero Package included a rear spoiler and rear side air diffusers.

and Sam, I made enough soup in the last few weeks .

^they didn't want to admit that their flaw in cutting stickers. Basically they told me they can send another one (once is enough ). it is unreturnable condition because the installer put it on half way and found out it's not the right cut. so he took it off of the car, but since it is used, I can't return it for moneyback. I did send a nasty email to customer service, but I get no response. I just bit the bullet and let every body know don't buy sticker online.

Hey Sam & crew, still going to try to make this. Right now our condo garage door is stuck closed and since it's Friday I can't seem to get someone out to repair, but should be fixed by the AM I hope.

Looks like the weather will be okay tomorrow for your Mini-Meet Sam as long as light rain is acceptable.
There is snow in the forecast for my area in the afternoon and evening, but I don't think it will amount to anything.
So, see you in the morning Sam.

If anyone else feels like the run, this is the location where Sam is getting his clear-bra installed by Trova Fortuna (Marco)

I can't blame you Ian, looks like a wet day with warmer days getting very near, might as well work on mods in the garage.
I'll give you a call later this weekend.

Well I just returned from the Mini-Meet, but I didn't make it. I was on the road for 3 hours and only did about 200 kms. The further I got from home the more the fog closed in. When I decided to turn around the visibility was about 3 car lengths , I would much rather drive on snow covered roads.

Sorry I missed you guys Sam, I was looking forward to it. I tried phoning from Listowel, but you must not of heard the call. I wanted to see Marco doing the clear-bra install on your car also.

Oh well, I got to put some more kms on the car and listen to a lot of flamenco music and a bit of Cold Play . I do enjoy the SOW.
Sam did you eat my smoked salmon sandwich and coffee for me . I bet it was yummy .

Don't forget to post pics. Oh, and my car is sooooo dirty .

That's too bad Wayne. Sounds like you didn't have a bad time after all though.

Fog is a B****. We can relate living here.

I didn't make it either; visibility was ok, but I couldn't get the car outside. Our garage door is still busted, it's hanging on kilter, with one side about a foot off the ground so we can't manually open it. :/

Management co says it won't be fixed till Monday either.

Sam, how did it go?

Heck that makes it pretty inconvenient for you for the whole weekend. It must be jammed real bad since you can't even manually open it. Good luck Kevin.
