I love the smell of arrogance in the morning. It smells like...lost business.

No problem, Vince, I'll get my mats at Oakville. And all my parts, service and future new cars anywhere but Hyatt...
don't you absolutely hate that when these guys figure they got the right to screw you since they are the only one around .

Hyatt is the only Infiniti dealership in Calgary. Edmonton is about a three hour drive away. So, in a sense, yes they have you by the short and curlies. If I could reasonable go somewhere else for warranty work, I would.

Even then, I know people who have gone to Hyatt because their usual dealer (Acura for instance) wouldn't deal.

A person with deep pockets and a good sense of customer service coule likely give Hyatt a good run by opening another Infiniti dealership. Any takers?

Wicked idea, I wish I had the cubic dollars to do it.

I pinged Ericksen in Edmonton, too, and they had the same story. $155.75, take it or leave it. So I'm leavin' it.

My Dealer is just under a 2 hour highway drive, and I would drive further if they were not satisfactory.

Just ordered the mats from Oakville. Going to cost me 30 bucks for shipping which will mean the total price is maybe 6-7 bucks more than picking up here in Calgary for full retail, but screw it, it's the principle of the thing, ya know?

Sometimes a Man's gotts do what a Man's gotta do. Drop the packaging off at their no service counter.

Hyatt Infiniti has made my ownership experience very frustrating so far, I really wish that we could see some healthy competition to keep their attitude toward their customers in check.

What frustrations have you had with Hyatt? Is it posted somewhere else? Just curious...I bought my G used from Charlesglen Toyota, which was pretty good as far as car-buying experiences go.
