Awesome pics of your car Kevin!! In your opinion, what hue of tint would look good with Garnet Ember? I was thinking a charcoal myself.

Yep, Chris says hi.

I sometimes forget how good G35 coupes look till I see one, especially from behind.

I know, too lazy. Plus I'm so painfully transparent on the internet it doesn't matter. If someone wants to kill me I'm pretty much screwed.

Charcoal ya, that's why I mentioned Solargard UP/HP (ultra performance, high performance; each has a set of tints in the line, like HP Charcoal, etc..) and Pinnacle Formula One, which has a distinct grey-ish huge.

Hi to him as well. I haven't seen him on the boards but enjoyed meeting him nearly two years ago.

You're the master schmoozer and that's not a bad thing.

I hate schmoozing, seriously. Chris and I play paintball together.

Anyway, sorry for the OT Shane.

I don't like it either and had to do a fair bit in my former career. I'm just pulling your leg about being kind with your respect and compliments towards other cars.

I'm biased of course but think the G Coupe looks great. I might change my mind when the new model comes out though.

No way, even with the new coupe the old one will still look good. I was driving behind Chris's car and he has nice wide 275's in the rear and it just looks so low, wide, and mean. I love it.

I hope you're right because I'm really not planning on changing up.

On my 07, I would prefer to go with the same percentage of tint all around, but at the same time, I want to provide protection to my daughter from UV rays. I was thinking of putting 35% all around and take the risk of getting a fine from the Police. My question is, do you think 35% will offer enough protection for my daughter, or should I go a little darker on the rear windows?
You wouldn't happen to have any pics of your old '03 with the split tint? I was considering the exact same combo for a TB sedan but, think it might look weird on a dark car.

I haven't talked to Mike B in awhile Deane so I had no idea they still had it. Do you happen to know how much they are asking for it?

There are two on the lot, same as before. One is at 25995 and the other is 23995. I'm not sure which is which but the other one was originally 25995. I have a suspicion they flipped the prices though. They're actually selling a decent amount of used cars there and those are some of the ones sitting around the longest. Spring time will likely boost interest and I'll check on the pricing situation when I return.

I put Huper on my mom's 300C and my sisters subie imprezza. Did both in 30% Huper and it looks great! Best of all it really keeps the heat out.

I've called around the few places that do window tinting in Saint John. There are not many places to choose from here being in a smaller market, but I have narrowed it down to two places.

3M Trimline (which obviously uses 3M tint) will do all five windows for $200 plus tax.

The other place uses Sun-Gard tint (which I am not familiar with) and they quoted me $225 plus tax.

Do you guys have any recommendations on which one to go with? I am not familiar with Sun-Gard so I am really not sure.
