okay, so I've done a little research and came across Quy's Coating. Make sure wherever you guys go to do your PC they offer sand blasting and proper prep work. Attractive price is good but make sure the shop doesn't cut any corners.

As for me, Quy's Coating seems like the place. He went through the whole process he takes... from sand blasting to second layer of clear PC... about $450 for 4 wheels....

I'm still open to suggestions if anyone of you can vouch for the shop.
