Unbelieveable video! (Bugatti Veyron)

My jaw dropped watching this. I really should have put this under the "Favourite Cars" thread, but seeing that I just learned about this car, I can't say its a favourite - YET. Maybe I should just work on saving up £850,000 first?

Taken: 04 February 2007
Location: London, United Kingdom
The Bugatti Veyron tested to see if it really can do 407 km/h.

http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x157l2_bugatti-veyron-at-top-speed
Some quick facts:
1001 horsepower
16 cylinder engine
4 turbochargers
10 radiators

*Running at its top speed - 250mph (or 407kmh) - it covers a football field in a second!

Enjoy,
Al

LOL, made my eyes water too just watching........
That vid's been around for a little while, so it's a repost, but it sure is a worthy one: One of the most exciting vids to watch that you'll find.

The Top Gear Team has all the fun ..... (and has the guts to do some of these feats.. )

.....They've got my respect....wow.... That beauty can almost keep up to that TGV train we were reading about yesterday......

Great to hear from you, Al. Hope to see you soon at a meet.

Colin.

I would rather have seen the hamster or clarkson do that top speed test, but I could understand if the hamster wants to avoid top speed testing for a while.

No one expects the Anachronism Police. But we're always here to stop this sort of nonsense.
