Angry Damn Crappy Weather!

This weather really sucks! Yesterday I woke up to the ground being white with a couple cms of snow. I just looked at the weather and the long range forecast for the next 5 days is calling for highs of +4 with showers/flurries/snow.

One year ago today I arrived in sunny warm Portugal.......I wish I was back there right now.

Looks like we're getting something similar right through the weekend

No! Not snow! I'm suppose to get my G35 either today, tomorrow, or latest by Saturday. The dreaded rain storm last night left my aunt and uncle in the hospital. They hydroplanned into the guard rail and basically bounced-off from side-to-side. They went from the 1st lane, all the way to the fast-lane. Scary. But they're all right thank G-d..

I hear you Shane....it's equally dreary and cold here....but the long term (2 weeks) forecast is favourable again.
Looks like another week or 2 of pain and then some nice spring weather again.

Hang in there.....'G-weather' is on its way.....
Hope family is doing well....

C.

Same out here...the ground's been white since the weekend and it's snowing again today. S'posed to be crappy through Friday, the 10/14 Sat/Sunday. Finally!! But who know if it'll stay nice.

My poor car looks like a giant baby shat on it (and Shane, I know you know what I mean!)

If it makes you feel any better, it's overcast here

^^ Haha, how did I know you'd be here rubbing it in Stu! You lucky SOB, I sure wish it was 80 degrees here.

This was me enjoying a nice cold one on our first day in Portugal last year on April 4th. With the crappy weather we are getting here, it really makes me want to be back there right now.

Yes Shane, it was a colder than average winter and a very cool spring so far. The only thing we lucked out on was not much snow.

Unfortunately in the next two weeks things don't look much brighter...still well below normal temps. I'm sure we'll see a change soon though.

Cheers to you southerners that love to visit these Canadian weather posts. That's you, Stu.

We're sitting well below our seasonal 10 degrees in Calgary right now, and I've had to brush that awful white stuff off my car every morning this week. So much for March coming in like a lion out and out like a lamb.

We haven't had snow on the ground for about 6 weeks now other than a quick dump on March 21 that melted the next day. We do have wet snow forecast for tomorrow though.

We've been down to -7 or so for weeks now and highs only 3-5?? with the wind it feels pretty cold for April.
