Around 1:30 today, downtown. Female driver headed West on 4th Ave, then turned maybe around 8th St W and came back East on 5th Ave. Definitely an 03 (doggy-door) and probably a Sport cuz it had a spoiler. Looked to have 16" aftermarket 5-spokes, maybe her winter hoops?
