The number you picked seems to be correct...comes with locks.

I just got my Sevas installed and they just used some Tuner lugs, the key for the lugs is extra long so the Air pressure drill or whatever that things called(sorry, I'm tool stupid) doesn't even come close to touching the wheels.

 

i just use rays lugs. they're not bad but don't use an impact wrench to put them on. just a torque wrench will do.

I have a spare set of muteki lugs you can use if you're stuck without lugs. I used them last year while i was waiting for my rays lugs to come in. PM me if you need them. i'm in richmond hill
