I hate Fedex.

So I ordered a set of Sevas S-22's with rubber. FedEx accidentally split the shipment, two tires on one truck and the other two on separate trucks.

3/4 packages arrived at the FedEx facility while 1 is missing! They lost my rim and tire!

The last scan was April 25th and then poof, nothing. The rim shop is willing to ship another rim/tire but they have to wait 2 weeks from the last scan to be eligible for a claim. That takes me to May 9th before they can ship a replacement.

I do hope they find the package and SOON.

End of rant.

The same thing happen to me when I ordered my RIMS, they came on 2 seperate days. I complained to UPS CS and I was refunded half of the shipping cost for the inconvenience.

Fed Ex sucks. I ordered something from last month from a memeber off My350Z.com. He shipped it and provided me with a tracking number. Come to find out Fed Ex drops it off at another residence instead of mine and since then has not been able to retrieve it. They said they talked to the guy who said he left it with a neighbor. i have since then been refunded from FedEx but I have become very weary about shipping anyhing else through them.

I will neveer use Fed-Ex if it can be helped, I neveer seem to have any other troubles recieving packages at my apartment complex from any of the other shippers except Fed-ex

always turns into a game of timing it right, since they seem to like to leave the packages on the doorstep instead of the office, even when there is signature required, I have signed an aggreement with my apartment office manager that allows them to sign for packages for me and hold them there in the office until I pick it up, all the other companies seem to understand this except Fed-ex

hell if they end up trying 3 times and don't get you they ship it back to the orig. this led to some very nervous weeks for me with some packages

Sorry about that. I had to use them to save us both some money and you had to sign because of the $4k insurance I put on the SC.

As for the wheel thing, I had the same problem with UPS. sigh...

It would be nice if they'd refund a portion of the costs, but Fedex doesn't provide money back guarantees on international shipments.

I'll give it a go though.

Hehehe for me I went through speedstar so it was only the cost of the bumper since I know the owner. Shipping and everything they cover downside waited like 7 months for the bumper. Upside Guarentee no cracks if so full refund.

Let me know where you got your top secret bumper and how much was everything. I have more toys in store for my black widow hehehehe.
