It's really a pretty straight forward DIY.
I did it old school with a baseball bat, a long time ago.
If you
it, you'll get tons of hits, like this.

Thanks Ian, the sad thing is... I am still working in Whitby and renting a tool in Mississauga would be quite a bit of pain for me (going there to rent, and returning it the next day or two...)
More ironically, I believe I only need the middle part of the fender to be folded back for around 15~30 degrees to clear the tire lol...

Heck you could rent the thing and come up to Kincardine on Saturday to the meet, I'm sure a few of us could figure it out and do it in my driveway and once it is done we could have a brown pop or two and some smoked salmon and relax.
I would start some feeler real soon! once I get my hands on the tool.
Unfortunately, I have dragonboat races on both days of this weekend; otherwise, I wouldn't mind getting the tool and coming up to meet you guys....

JP Performance in scarborough rolls fenders.
They are at 401 and Kennedy Road.
Their prices are the cheapest I've seen around. One word of advise: Make absolutely sure they use a heat gun when rolling the fenders. When I spoke to them last they were rolling fenders without heating up the paint. They said they haven't had any cracking issue yet, but Im sure thats just really good luck.
