Thanks for posting. The car should be an incredible step up in every way from the current version.

They should just use this bulletin as the marketing material. No touchy feely marketing blah blah blah. Just straight to the point.

i think 18's are standard and 19's are optional. i wouldn't want to see anything bigger. the spring should be interesting... i have a feeling the s5 won't hit till around then either. the gtr will also show up as well. but i have a feeling that pricing will be above $100k around carerra territory. if it's sub-100 then something else to look at. i really wanted to put a deposit down on something... but considering that nothing is showing up till next year anyways... i'm hoping dealers get some sample models this fall/winter to look at first before a decision.

It will likely be worth a look at a US purchase for this fall/winter. Currency levels are expected to improve further by then and par is a possibility. That will likely make a GTR or M3, S5 much more economical for a Canadian.

I agree completely.....
It's going to be interesting to see how things unfold.
It could have a BIG impact on CDN dealerships.

For areas like the GTA & the Golden Horse shoe,
Buffalo isn't far away for any serious warranty work,
if they decide to play the no local warranty card.

That's especially true for folks close to the US.

I've read that US BMW dealers won't sell new cars to Canadians though. Don't know if it's true of course or if that holds with Audi as well.
