I hear ya, it would **** me off as well. You could complain to a Manager there, but I am sure it would fall on deaf ears. Some people have ZERO respect for other people's time.

i usually wait for them to come and leave a note, then call them and tell them to keep the package for pickup, then drive down there when *i* have time and pick it up myself.

you can just write a note

"Attention UPS

Please leave the package infront of the door step use this letter as a signature

Thank you

SIGNATURE

YOUR NAME"

That'll usually work.. if not the (I $hit you not) tape $2 to the same note and you'll have your package the door

I've said enough and warned others about using this "brown" POS. I got some stories from past experiences that could go on for days. I'm sorry to hear about your problem. FYI, call customer service and ask them to escalate the issue to management. Even their c/s reps don't get accurate info in the their systems.

I've been lucky too; never had problems with them. I usually ask the shipper for a Tracking Number so I can go on-line and track the progress of the shipment. It beats my wife staying home all-day long waiting for my goodies to arrive. No wonder she gives me funny looks whenever I mention I'm gonna be ordering parts from south of the border.

Ups Sucks @ss!

Well..... of course I tired leaving a note saying just leave the package... but the thing was i was home all day for the 3 days~!... they just never attempted to deliver the product to me for the 3 days! thats why i was sooo angry...i mean if they arn't gonna deliver it..... THEN DON'T TELL ME "OH yes your package is coming today!" .. and don't make me event start talking about some some of the customer service peoeple...bet you they didn't even graduate from middle school!!!!!!!!!!

Well there was one lady "cindy" she was really nice about.... which she gave me $100 credit on my account.... and she took off the broker agent fee ($42); however, i kinda said... my 3 days is worth more than 42 dollars

I still didn't get my package yet! i never had to take advil in my life for fustration LoL

sigh* THANKS FOR LISTENING GUYS~

My best experiences so far have been USPS, never had an issue and costs next to nothing.
