Hey Mike.C, dude, I feel for you man. I'd be royally pissed too if they told me they lost my goodies after waiting 3 days at home.

It's good to know I ain't the only one who feels like a kid waiting for that special toy to arrive.

I was tracking a package on the UPS website. It said that they attempted delivery twice. If the dates were right, I was home the entire time. No knock on the door, no doorbell, nothing.

I ended up having to go pick it up.

OH GREAT~~~~ they told me they found the package...... so i asked them... what time frame will it come ... and the were like.... they are not sure depending on the driver.... (consider this guys.... the UPS package center is just 15 minutes away from my place.... even my grandmother can walk there in a hour.... and pick it up and bring the product back)..... well okay.. giving me the time.. i'll understand....... i also asked them... can you make sure it is in the truck.... and the lady says " its should be in the truck according to the scan" and i go " is it in the truck or you think it is in the truck" ..... "Mike it should be in ther truck but i cannot confirm it with you"

OKAY~~~ CAN PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME IF I'M SUPPOSE TO GET PISSED OR NOT

Just pick it up if it's only 15 minutes.

I hate UPS but if i like my driver who knows i refuse anything with there brokerage and knows i am home after 5 so he makes it his last stops.
I know never use ups to my door if it will cost brokerage , i now get it sent to the UPS store in Niagara falls USA and they charge $5-15 to hold it and $1 a day so it is way cheaper and faster with no taxes.

I have always had on time services from them but man it's the silly brokerage fees that drive me nuts. So now I just ship to NY and go pick it up myself.
