mileage

I'm about to take delivery of an 07 G35 Sedan and having read a lot lately about poor gas mileage I'm wondering if any of you can tell me your experience with the same car ? What sort of mileage are you getting ? What octane gas ?

Infiniti recommends using high test (91). My overall fuel mileage on a trip out east travelling a total of 4,300 kms with the majority of it highway driving with some spirited driving thrown in was 25.5 mpg (11.09 l/100km).
This was on a G35X, for the type of driving and speeds I was travelling I was satisfied although better gas mileage would always be appreciated.

2004 G35x - 93 octane since day 1, but our area has the crap gas with 10% ethanol. I get 20-21 mixed city/hwy and I press the gas pretty hard most of time. If I use the "good" gas I can get 1-2mpg better. In the winter I get about 19mpg in the snow.

Mileage is the one criticism that Consumer Reports has about the 07 G.

They say overall 19 mpg US so whatever that works out to in Imperial. They have it at 13 mpg city which is pretty crappy mileage.
