anyone got this letter part 2

Did anyone got the letter introducing Infiniti One to One service? Pretty cool, they give you a ID# and you can log on at www.myinfiniti.ca. There you can do things like udpate your address, booking a service appointment and etc.

Haven't gotten anything like that (yet), but hope I do. Not that it REALLY matters since making a call to my dealership to make an appointment is not that difficult. Good customer service is good customer service and Infiniti Canada seems to be doing a good job of it. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

I just wish car companies recognized the importance of these car forums and played a greater role (ex. sponsorship to the related forums) since owners who post say how they feel, leading to increased sales for them. In this case, the G35 increase in popularity and sales. Just a thought. [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

Yes I did get that letter...the dealership should also have informed you of the service.

The One-to-One service letter was something I got the first thing right after I took delivery of my car back in last June. Been using it to setup all my oil changes so far. How come some of you guys didn't get it? I thought it's a standard thing from Infiniti.

G35: Black with Willow/Canadian Premium Package.
Z3: Silver with Red leather interior.

I was set up with One to One shortly after picking up my car as well. Personally, I haven't found it to be of much use as I keep getting calls to set up my maintenance appoints such as oil changes, etc. I change my own oil and I find I have to update them re same, then I'll get a call a few days later again.
Can be useful to record maintenance however and to set up appointments via the Net.

I just talked to Nissan Canada, and they said to fire off an email to : onetoone@mynissan.ca to rigister with them and get a PIN #.......[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

When the CSI at the dealer went over the car with me when I first picked the G up, he mentioned the One to One service and access to the website. I called him a couple of weeks later to ask when I didn't hear from Infiniti.ca. He took care of it for me and I got the package in the mail. I think it was part of the package that I got my voucher for the Infiniti Umbrella.[img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
