Hey guys,

I just dropped off my car @ Agincourt Infiniti to get my headlight issue fixed and guess who I run into? My good buddy 'Bobby Chan' from back in the day. (Long story, good friend of my Ex-Ex-GF, but a very good guy!)

He's now there as a Service Advisor! He's been at a few other dealerships from Nissan to Honda!

I've mentioned that we here at 'Driver' need a place we can call "home" for all our servicing needs!

My buddy told me to send the crew over!

We no longer have to worry about getting poor service from dealerships. Just ask for "Bobby Chan" tell him "Eric with the White G35" sent ya!

I can confirm this. I've brought my car in for service twice and dealt with Bobby. Nice guy and easy to deal with. Will go back.

 

Is Bobby the young Asian guy? I always get stuck with Michael

I have seen him since about half a year ago in Agincourt...

but the sad thing is I had a little issues with their service attitude back then... so I really don't want to go back there anymore. The last few times, I almost dealt directly with Jason, the service manager since I was a bit intimiated by how I was treated as a customer

lol i walk in and i was dealing with bobby last time.... but i was in there askin some dumb question.

 

I've been dealing with Infiniti of Yorkville for the past 3 years (first for my 10-year old G20 and now my new G35), and Richard there is terrific. Always great advice, never tries to sell me something I don't need, and tried his damndest to get me NOT to sell my G20 and trade up because he just loves the G20. Doesn't get much more honest than that.
