Rock film scuffed on bumper - detailing gurus?

When I washed the bugs off my car the other day I noticed that somebody has scuffed my bumper. The affected area is covered with rock-guard film - anybody know if scuffs can be removed from the film or do I have to have the piece replaced to fix it?

You can try a plastic polish i've used Zaino www.zainobros.com (Z14 I believe) before with a minor scuff on the plastic and it went away but if you can feel the scuff/scratch in the plastic then she is there for good.

Hope that helps. Kevin (picus) would be the man to answer for sure thou.
