Lease Takeover 2007 g35 sport

For people interested in a lease takeover, I am sadly parting with my 07 G35 Sedan Sport.

Details:

2007 G35 sedan Sport 5AT Diamond Graphite on Graphite Leather
Original Lease Term: 48 months
Months Left: 41 months
Expires: January, 2011

Payment: $746 a month including taxes...this also includes Rim and Tire replacement insurance for the entire lease term

What you need to do: nothing...i will pay for the lease transfer fees and as a special incentive, pay the september lease payment.

Car is in FLAWLESS condition...no paint issues, no curbage, no accidents or repaints.

Reason for Selling: I am going to be building a new office soon, and I am going down to one vehicle for a couple of years, so the G has to go (other car is a station wagon, so it wins)

PM me or email me at 4nroots@gmail.com if interested. I'll email you my phone number.

Heck Balaji, sad to hear you are getting rid of your G, but I can understand a growing business and family take priority
The Avant is definitely more in line with your growing family.
Good luck with getting out of your lease and give me a shout if you can get together for a coffee sometime.
Wayne

Balaji - Sorry to hear about having to let the G go
However, it's very understandable, for your situation.

FWIW... (I've leased & sold LOTS of cars)
Leases are up side down untill you're in the last year of the lease.
(unless you've dropped a big down payment up front. (another topic entirely))
I know it's not what you want to hear, but...
It may take a considerable $-incentive-$ to get someone to bite on a takeover.

Good luck with it, hope it works out for you.

Flawless looking car indeed! Good luck on finding her a new home

In hopes of not high-jacking this important thread, I would quickly like to ask about the rumor that is predominant in lesser knowing circles (guilty as charged ) that in a lease takeover, the original leaser is still liable financially, if payments are not made.

I presume I'm wrong, but I've never looked into it... so I figured I'd bring it up just in case.

Depends on the contract....
Some used to be written up that way, if it's still common practice or not.
