I have dealt with erickson and i have been satisfied with them. Yeah its true to get an oil change sucks but if your car comes in broke they get to it right away.

they have done more damage to my car then I can count,I am glad I voided my warranty by putting the turbo kit on.The only good thing they did was Install a new trans on warranty,of course this was after multiple failures that I had to take apart and fix properly my self anyways.but this was with the old service manager(read:mangler)some have said it has been better since and others worse?but in edmonton if you need warranty work done you are screwed,if you just need service done go to sherwood nissan and talk to greg.my personal opinion.

I drive a 2007 Altima for the winter. The CRT transmission went on it (only 30K). Ericksen told me two weeks was the soonest appointment. I went to West End the same morning and the car had a new transmission in it two days later. Perhaps when the new Infiniti dealership opens, this will help the backlog. Right now, it is not very good.

Honestly, it was like a light was switched off when Rick left the dealership. The place has not been the same since.

I agree. Rick was the backbone of the company it seems. Never been that fond of Graham however.

They've gone through a lot of changes there as well as Service Managers, etc. Service has been variable because of it unfortunately.

I'm not happy that they no longer supply a loaner for non-warranty service, so I'd likely go somewhere else. My recommendation is West-End Nissan. Carl, who should have gotten the Service Manager job at Ericksen is out there and many Infiniti owners have followed him.
