Oil Change - Where?

Looking to see who in the GTA will let you bring your own oil and filter and basically just charge you the labour...

Mr. Lube said they'd do it for $25 for the bay charge and all the ticky boos.
Local garage said they'd do it for $20, no ticky boos.
