Calgary/Area 'Drivers, want to meet up Nov 23rd or 24th?

Just shooting out a feeler to see if any of you would like to meet up for a beverage -- hot or cold, depending on the weather -- next Friday night or Saturday November 23/24.

I was thinking someplace central, though not downtown cause parking's a bugger. I'm in the deep SE but don't mind driving; are more of you in the North, West, or where? If anyone knows a good spot with decent parking that's West-Central or East-Central to meet, I'm game.

Sign up here!

EDIT: throw in a suggestion for day/time/location. Personal preference: cold beer and hot waitresses!
EDIT2: Since Gord is coming in from Sylvan, we should do it on Saturday, during daylight, and judging by the locations of most, on the West Side.
EDIT3: Just to narrow it down a bit, how's 2:00 on Saturday, fellas? Moose McGuire's, 25-1941 Uxbridge Drive NW

7:00, Moose McGuires! Whoever can make it, see you there!

Between Gord and Luke, I think we already have four turbos signed up.

Any suggestions for location? I was thinking maybe the parking lot at the West Hills theatres; a few eateries (drinkeries?) there to choose from.

Brentwood (BIG Irish pub there, IIRC)? Marketmall? I don't know the North/West Side all that well. Help!

Rose and Crown at 1503 - 4 St SW is pretty good and has parking (Last time I was there I remember being impressed by their selection of less boring brews)
Cat 'n Fiddle at 540 - 16 Ave NW is a pretty decent pub.
Classic Jacks on 17th but parking is probably an issue there.
Moose McGuire's across from the foothills hospital is a favorite of mine, but parking will be impossible if there is a Flames Game on.

Kilkenny in Brentwood kinda sucks if you ask me, it's too busy and when they got rid of 9 cent wing night I ran out of reasons to go back. There's not really anything near marketmall.

For the warm drinks - there is a Starbucks in Westhills. In the evenings the parking lot is practically empty. There's also an irish pub across the way called Seanicky (can't remember how they spelled the last half of that).

Glad to see you signing up, Wayne. I have a feeling that Saturday afternoon would be pretty crowded at WestHills, though I can't suggest a better place offhand. Guys, any other suggestions?

Flames are in Colorado that night, so we should be in the clear. I'm game if parking's good.

Saturday at 2:00 I'll just be wrapping up a skating lesson with my son. Is Moose's licensed? In other words, can a minor enter? I haven't been there before.
