Any ways this is dealing with ALTA Infiniti in Woodbridge! I want to get my deposit back...how can I do it? I gave them some wrong figures about the buy back because I wasn't exactly sure about the numbers at the time, now they want be to pay extra and I'm not going to pay because we already agreed to a deal so guys how do I get it back....?

Re: Problems

So you mean the buy back is too low or too high?

As long as the vehicle price remain the same, you should pay that monthly payment. It is because the interest rate and residual value is fixed by Nissan Finance (if you are not doing in-house leasing). So, if you were agreed to lease the vehicle at that price. That's no way for you to back out unless they let you go.

If the vehicle price is too low for the dealership to close the deal. Unfortunately, most of the case that if the dealership decided to back out of the deal, they still have the right to hold your deposit up to 90 days....

Or you may want to file a complain to Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council if you see any unfair practice.

But sure the best way is sit down and talk to the sales rep./ manager to solve the problem
