Spacers Locally

Does anyone have any recommendations for a local spacer purchase?

I need a pair of 7mm spacers for my front wheels.

I remember a machine shop in scarborough that could make spacers to your dimensions, including hub diameter to make it hubcentric. IIRC, they did balancing as well to make sure there's no vibration. Cheap too. But I have no idea where the shop is or the contact info... I'll post if I do find it.
