I hit a pothole & my strut is now blown, I had the whole frond end checked & everything is fine, does anyone have any struts they're willing to sell, I'll take the whole set or just the front passenger, I'm located in the GTA, thanks guys.

No I havn't tried the wreckers yet, hopefully someone on the forum has some struts laying around, now is maybe a good time to look for the sport tuned suspension.

Hey just curious does your car sound any different? I'm not sure if I've blown mine as well but the front makes a weird clunking sound when going over bumps and so on.......

Yes! it's a clunking noise, drives me nuts, I was hoping it was just a swaybar end link but it turns out it's my strut.

Looks like a great time to visit the 350z forum and pickup a complete set of 350z revised springs/shocks!

Darn that suks, my car isn't even lowered or anything.

Does the handling on your car sound any different? My car feels exactly the same but it makes a weird type of clunking sound going over bumps and so forth.

Did you get it check out at the stealership? did they charge you? so on? price on stock struts?

Does the sound come only from one side? If so ... mine did the same at 110K. Took it to my garage and they said it was a compression rod in the front end. Went to Guelph Nissan and had it verified. I was obviously out of warranty but I was able to get it replaced for only 2 bills instead of over 6. It was split three ways, me, Guelph and Infiniti.

yea it's only coming from the front drivers side, how'd you get the 3 way split deal?

Long story

Short story
I argued that this was a known problem and 10000k wasn't that much. They had it for the 99999k service and I got lucky.

You blew your stance strut?

If you're not very low then yea fine, but you're probably going to strain the **** outta your OEM strut and eventually blow that as well.

Check if you Stances are under warranty if not send it back to them anyways and they will rebuild it for you. (Think stance does that) and if not there is a place in quebec that will rebuild ANY suspension for like $100 a strut i think.
