Saturday morning is the annual Spring Tire Clinic on my driveway. Time to to switch out winters for summers on the "G" and my wife's and son's cars.

LOL.... I run the OE stockers until the roads get cleaned up (&potholes filled)
I figure I might as well save the good rubber for good conditions.

I knew that's what you meant but I did a double take when I first read it.

I gave the G a good run this afternoon on the summers - about 200+ km on some real twisties on the south shore. What an incredible day it was.

I kind of figured that , so you have:

-Winters
-Springers, and
-Summers

So you must not bother with Fallers, just go straight from Summers to Winters.

No wonder you have a big garage.

-Springers/Fallers

I'm going to sell the winters though.... hardly much point.

OOOoooooo that sounds like fun
That must have been great to get her out Deane.

I need to get 2-300 on the clock so I can get to the next service interval.
I'm aiming to get away Fri afternoon if it's nice.

It was gorgeous full sun and +9. Yeah, it was fun. Almost a little too much in one spot. I think locals took a good look at me cruising along in a few spots. A courteous bus driver pulled over twice for me about 20 minutes apart as Idetoured once and caught up.

Time to do a little spring maintenance now too.

I'll be putting the summers on (as long as the weather cooperates) when I get back from vacation. Surely to god it will be safe for summers by then.

Ian, you don't need a garage, you need a paddock and pit crew. "Hmm, gonna be 21 degrees today, boys, let's go with the Pilot Sports! But don't put the locks on, I might change my mind by lunch."

You know it's just the envy talkin'.
