K was working all weekend, so I was stuck around town doing yard chores and stuff.

The next two days (Mon, Tues) she is off. So tomorrow we have a few errands (about 400kms worth of driving all over the countryside) and also tomorrow we have an appointment to pick up an 08 FX35 for a test drive. Karen hasn't driven one yet so I arranged to pick one up so she can try it out.
Awesome Wayne, keep us posted on how you make out with your FX test drive.

Ha that is good to hear; I am just waiting until I can wash my car on the driveway without the water freezing.

I hope Winnipeg is due for some nice weather soon. Snowfall on Friday along with double negatives all weekend; makes me confirm I will be on my winters all year round .

Not quite that nice here, could be some showers today but high single digits for the rest of the week ending up with a 12 on Saturday. I think it might finally be time for the summers this weekend. There WILL be BBQing and beers!

i celebrated the weather by buying a barbecue, (early bday present to myself). though i'm still waiting for the roof-top terrace to open to actually use it.(darn apartment living). still to cold at night for summers. besides, soon we'll have to keep 'em on till a certain date by law. (it's about bloody time, get everybody on proper snow tires, will make driving a heck of a lot safer).

i've been driving with the windows open... man it's great...
