Angry Oakville Infinity screwed up my rusted door...

I dropped it off last Mon and they called me today telling me it was ready, I'm very curious to see weather they did a good job matching the paint because they didn't blend in the other panels however the door was painted than shipped from the factory I just can't see it looking 100% even 90%. Has anyone here had there sedan doors replaced? how did it turn out for you?

Angry Un F***ing believable

I got my car back from Oakville Infinity today my lovely wife went down with a friend to pick it up, just as I thought GARBAGE!!! SHE BROUGHT THE CAR HOME ONLY FOR ME TO SEE THE F***ING DOOR A DIFFERENT SHADE OF SILVER!!!!!! . I was so pissed I knew this would happen even though the service rep at Infinity told me they would match it perfect, the paint job is fine but YOU CAN'T GET A PERFECT MATCH WITHOUT BLENDING IN THE PANELS. I first phoned Oakville and complained to the service manager he told me to call the body shop so I did, the manager there told me they knew it didn't match but there was nothing they could do because Nissan Canada only funds the repair and paint for the door not the actual blending to match and if he did it then it would come out of his own pocket. I then phoned Nissan Canada and they told me they couldn't do anything because according to their records all the info on the car is still under the original owner and until they have proof of a change in ownership they can't do anything, so I fax the ownership to them and I'm supposed to talk with them tomorrow.
To top all of this off I put the summer wheels on and take it to the gas station to fill the tires with air........what's this I hear F***ING RATTLING COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE CAR WTF! Needless to say it will be a fun filled day of yelling and screaming at people over the phone.

A word of advice to people with rusted door FIX THEM YOURSELF or you will go through the same thing I am right now.

FWIW, Not trying to be funny, but call Silverman. Doesn't he do stuff like this? He's the trouble shooter on 24 I think.

Sorry to hear, but it's total BS. I had 3 doors replaced and they had to paint both sides of the car to blend it in. I went through Guelph Infiniti who uses an external bodyshop to do their bodywork. The rattling is probably broken/missing tabs under your wheel wells. I had a bunch of missing/broken tabs as well as a few bolts missing and a bunch of other tiny stuff. But after going back a few times to get the dirt out of the clear, I was finally satisfied.

I have rusting on the coupe doors. Does this TSB warranty issue apply to the coupe doors, or jus sedans?

Here are some pics I will be sending to Nissan Canada of the pathetic job that Oakville Infinity left me to go home with.

Unacceptable by anyone's standards

Sorry it happened to you, in the picture it looks like door color is DG instead of silver.

Holy smokes, the colour difference is sooo obvious Roy.

Good luck on getting it rectified.

WOw, that's bad, let us know how things turns out. I'm suprised they would even allow that type of work to go through unresolved.
