What is this piece?

I was looking the underbody to see how rusted it was at the bottom and saw that it's rusted pretty bad I think. But wondering was this piece that's rusted and corroded to have a whole.

WOW!!! Where do you park your car? In salt water? You going to need to replace that. I would just go see if they have them at the junk yard. Be cheaper then buying it a the dealership.

Brother didn't take care of it when I got it off his hands. Yeah I know its bad.

I'll tell you how long it will take me to take them off tomorrow, add 30 to 45 minutes on top of that to deal with rusted nuts and bolts and that should be your approximate shop labor.

Took me less than 20 min to pull it off with hand tools. Considering that shop will have to jack up the car (mine is already sitting on blocks). Should not be more than an hour for a shop.

Oh ok thanks so it should be like a $100 labor then.
