so far only 2 guys have said they would meet there, so for me to come all the way from hamilton is a bit of a waste. I'm thinking that maybe it would be better to wait another week and see if there is more interest and give people time to plan around it. Maybe we could make it the same place but Saturday afternoon or something like that

There is only one that I am aware of but it has not happened to me. If your engine pings, then you won't want this done because the ping will get worse.
For the record, my timing is advanced 10* at 70% throttle and up and I have no problems. I get about 650km per tank of gas using shell 91. And I do NOT drive like a granny.
If there are any other downsides I am unaware of them. Again, if you check your FSM, the spec for base timing on the vq35 is 15* +/-5*

seems like most of the maxima meets are at the owl and firkin out in the east end. I know there is a nismoclub meet in May. 24th? i think.
I'll come out if we can get at least 5 cars to show up, either mississauga, or I'll go as far as 400/7.

received a few pm's from some guys, so let's get a consensus...
I'm available to meet 400/7 AMC parking lot either Friday evening or anytime Saturday. If 5 or 6 of you can agree to meet and a time I will be there.

what other mods do you have on your car? I'll be more than happy if I get 450km a tank in my car. BTW, I would be interested in this, but I have to see it done to someone else's car.
I used to do it in my highschool days to my 5.0L Mustang and it was awesome.

So far on this forum, hossmaxima (2 cars), g-101, and G-MAN (CANADA), and necromanxer have had this done.
Full list of mods as follows, cattman generation 3 headers, cattman catback, custom short ram intake, dyno tuned with greddy blue, phenolic spacers, advanced timing, stock cat.
