Question everythingg35

Anyone get anything from them recently? I was looking to get an ipod kit and they were recommended for this one: http://www.g35parts.com/9083/osc/pro...roducts_id=521. The topics about them with regards to Canada are pretty old as apparently if you're from canada it's not by UPS anymore either if you do it directly from their site.

I gave them a call and I was told they did DHL now and the person I talked to wasn't even sure if they'd do USPS. I've never dealt with DHL so I'm not sure are their fee's as bad as UPS's when crossing the border?

So if you got anything from them recently what shipping method did they use? Did you give them a call to arrange something else or anything else that would be useful.

I have the worst luck when it comes to calling these places I always get a guy who has no idea and the manager never seems to be there

Forgot to read the whole post. Yes they ship DHL - it arrived safe and sound and the charges were very reasonable unlike UPS.

I purchased two OEM front lips for my 2006 Obsidian Black sedan from EverythingG35.The initial purchase of the front lip was in early June 2007 shipped via UPS with a brokerage fee of $95.45.The replacement front lip was shipped in early August via DHL with a brokerage fee of $45.15. You will only find out the exact amount to be paid in brokerage fees once the ordered item is at your door.

I ordered the same unit. Came via DHL and showed up at my door in 3 business days. There was about $40 duty as well so have a cheque ready to fill out for the DHL driver.
I did a DIY post with pics on installing it as well.https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...74#post2846174

Well I'm just going to update this thread and say I'm not dealing with them again.

I placed the order on the 18th so around the 24th I'm wondering what the heck is going on site still says it's processing. I give them a call and the guy tells me it shipped out Monday or Tuesday. At this point in time I should have demanded an actual day it went out but he rambled about how DHL is bad about getting them the tracking # and that's why they did not update their site.

Sunday comes around and at this point I figured I'll try email maybe I'll get some sort of response out that medium which might be helpful. Of course I get absolutely no response back that way.

So today I end up calling again and this time I was to a point where I wanted some answers here exact date shipped and such. Well this time I got someone who actually appeared to want to be a bit helpful and told me he'd call DHL and find out where the item is. Comes back tells me he'll call me in 30 minutes with some information. That doesn't happen so an hour later I call again and put on hold yet again and they finally come back and tell me a tracking #. Guess when it shipped out? The 29th!, yet when I called previously they kept telling me it shipped out on the 21st or 22nd. I didn't want to waste my time with the guy on the phone about how I was lied to several times so I just figured at least it shipped.

I imagine if I didn't send the email and call them several times I still wouldn't be seeing the item.
