I'm working on a spring meet for any G35's located in Winnipeg.

Location: Assiniboine Park, Zoo parking lot
Date/Time: May 25, at around 7:00 PM

Until now, G35's wander the streets of Winnipeg, lonely and looking for a group to hang out with. I hope to change that.

 

I'm not surprised there aren't any posts yet, but I'll try to bump this without being too annoying. It would be wicked to see at least 4 of us out cruising together on Sunday Night Cruise.

I know you're out there.

Ha; I will be down if we could push it to the first Sunday in June. For May 25th; it is kinda a hard day but hopefully I can make it out.

If you don't mind I will post this up on winnipegheights to see if we can get more people. I also included 350Z since it would be a nice turnout with some 350Z.

 

Well I'd kind of like to keep it for May 25th since I posted that date on Winnipeg Heights too.

So far the only replies are from post ****** complaining I didn't invite their 240SX's and Nissan Micra's. People are such tools on that message board, all I need to do is insult their cars and I'll pick up any occaisional G35/350Z members, because that thread will be at the top of the Nissan section for weeks.

Hopefully you can make it out that day, if not I'm always out on Sunday night anyways so we could arrange a regular place to meet up. We will see how the May 25 meet goes, then we can plan something from there. When I was in a Camaro/Trans-Am car club we would hang out at the Robins Doughnuts on Moray and Portage Ave. There typically weren't many goofballs in that parking lot so no one really bothered us, so that might be a good spot for future meets.

I think there are 1-2 other Peggers on G35Driver; I will give them a PM to see if they can make it.

Would be sweet if we had maybe 10 G35s out but I am somewhat doubtful.

 

Koloman is the G35/350Z meet still good? Apparently the Teddy Bear Picnic is the same weekend.

Hmmmm looks like it's finished at 5:00 PM, that should be enough time for everyone to leave hopefully.

I'm still 99% sure we'll be able to use the zoo parking lot at 7:00 PM, but as a backup if it's full we'll meet at the Robin's Doughnuts on Portage and Moray (opposite side of Moray from Partsource).

 

Looks like it might be crappy out tommorow. Just finished washing, claying and waxing too!

yeah i'm from winnipeg too. i see so many around but never a crew g's cept for my other 2 buddies and i so yeah 3 a black one a white one and my gun metal one hopefully we can you guys and everyone else on in one crew that would look so nice down these streets haha

 

I went around 9:00 but I didn't see any Gs. It was a pretty crappy day and cruise night was a pretty bad turn out as well.

So who is going to be down for the meet? My G35 still has the winter tires on; in probably two weeks I will have my rims on and a DSLR to take some pics with.
