Gord -- and more importantly, Mrs. Gord -- have graciously offered to have a BBQ at their place after the meet. THANKS!!! I'll make sure we organize the bringing of some food as we firm up the list.

Looks like the 24th is the day, so we'll continue the poll for a while to see who-all can make it that day and that'll be our list. Hopefully we'll get more participants over the next few weeks and maybe we Calgary guys (and gals) can meet up somewhere and drive up together. We'll organize that as the time gets closer.

If it is then Great!
We should all bring one of something. If one can't bring food then they can bring drinks (non alcoholic) of course.
Unless the house owners don't mind alcohol. We should respect their decision either way.

I think one item (hamburger/hot dog/chicken wings/snack/fruits/salad) per person or couple is a great idea so that the owners do not have to do much.
We should pick one ahead of time so we don't have too much of one item and I am sure the owners will not like 10 packs of salad left over in their fridge for weeks.

Come on guys throw your ideas out!

Not sure if it effects anyone(besides me) but Sautrday May 24th is The Driven to Perform car show in Calgary. I would prefer to have it Sunday the 25th so I can attend the show, but it looks like the majority is down for the 24th.
