Infiniti Canada - (maybe its worldwide ) has a website for owners....where you can track mileage/dates etc - and its personalized based on your id.

I got a letter in the mail shortly after buying my 04 G35 in October 2003....the letter told me the website address and my pin number.

It also came with a coupon for an Infiniti umbrella to be used at my first oil change. The website provides info about your maintenance schedule and you can keep track of mileage to dates.

Its weird how some dealerships provide more than others ..I also was given a custom Infiniti car cover when I bought the car...with two hats and key chains. A buddy of mine is on his 3rd Infiniti ( a FX-35 ) and hasn't been given Jack - ****.

 

Yes. I got the letter as well. Nice umbrella BTW. I didn't think this was dealer dependent, but the 'Customer Service & Infromation' (CSI) guy at the dealership is supposed to make the application and do follow ups on this sort of thing.

I think that some of the first coupes sold in Canada got free car covers.

The Infiniti owner's Website is called the One-to-One Program. If you're having problems, you can contact the Infiniti One-to-One Customer Service Hotline (866) 742-2205. In any case, it's your dealer that signs you onto the program.
