Is anyone using a Laser Jammer or know what type/band of equipment the police use in Alberta?

I don't know specifically what laser guns are used in Alberta, but common guns in the usa are Pro Laser III, Ultralyte and also Laser Atlanta. A good laser jammer will jam all current laser guns. Please see this link for some useful Laser Jammer information. A popular laser jammer sold in your area is the Blinder brand, which are very good. I would stear clear of Laser Interceptor and Laser Star, both are very questionable products.

i can only vouch for quebec, where they are very much illegal, and anyone i've spoken to has been caught first time out with even detectors, (don't ask how the cops know they have the detectors). carries a rather heavy fine and immediate confiscation of the equipment.

 

Same as toronto, radar detector, laser jammer etc.. is basically illegal..instant confiscation, I've even heard the cops will put it on the ground and ask you to run over it youself.
