LOL, when I lived in Winnipeg we called it Ukrainian Tire or Polish Tire. To this day my dad and I still call it Polish Tire when talking to each other.

Ha some of my Ukranian friends do call it that; I like Crappy tire though. I don't think any country would like to be digraced by associating it with Crappy Tire; lol.
