That is totally false - I purchased 4 quarts of it when I did my tranny and rear diff change. I still have 1/2 a quart left over after all was said and done. It was almost $12 a quart so the stuff isn't cheap.

I went to 417 in Ottawa. I asked for the gear oil they use for the tranny and rear diff. They brought out 4 quarts of Nissan MTF and 2 quarts of Pennzoil synth. Total cost me about $70.

That's possible, as the last time I checked was back in 2004 and things could have changed.

I have brand new Amsoil MTGQT Synthetic Manual Transmission and Transaxle Gear Lube (75W-90) API GL-4 for sale if anyone needs. 4 quarts, that works with the 6 speed unit in the G35/350z.
