I felt the original blast around 350am. I was semi-asleep and thought it was another thunder storm.
I live about 11km away from the area.

Condolences to the Fireman's family.

the big Explosion in T.O....

Just wondering if any of you Driver members were near or heard of the big propane explosion on Sun morning (3:45am)? I couldn't believe how powerful that one big explosion was you could see the force that pushed out when it exploded.

I just missed it. Was at the 'Mayhem' concert at Downsview Park to see Disturbed/Slipknot. Happened just down the road!

My fathers work Bombardier was put to a holt which is located right near to the plant explosion after most of the windows and ceiling light fixtures were all destroyed.

And also sad to see a fallen firefighter R.I.P.
