Annual C7 Fall Tour
#166
Hello guys and gals, just some updates for the fall tour
-Due to peoples concerns around the racing we have decided that instead of a king of the hill we will let people race 1 car at a time so there is no chance of crashes.
-Drivers will have one practice lap from a standing start, then again from a standing start they will do two laps that will be timed.
-Your times will be posted on C7 afterward with the drivers name and time only, we will not include car information to protect their privacy of what they chose to drive if you get the picture.
-We will work our best at making sure that there are some helmets for some people to borrow BUT we stress that people if they can bring one, if they have any to lend people or don't mind lending theirs when they are done racing then that would help a whole lot (Helmets must be Snell 2000 or higher to be considered).
-The cost will still only be $2 and all money will go straight to MADD Canada (great cause so obviously we're encouraging everyone to give it a shot just for fun).
-There is no sign up needed for the track. Just find one of the organizers day of and we will get you on the track.
-As well for those who haven't been to a previous fall tour we have upgraded our Media server so all are encourage to go check out the pictures http://media.c7performance.com/index...2007/FallTour/ you can feel free to browse any other events.
-The route will be e-mailed out and posted saturday (we like to wait till saturday to ensure no surprise construction incase of any last min changes required to the route).
Some last min house cleaning, the start point will be the same as last year which is the Whitby AMC which is at 401 & Thickson (just go north on thickson and its the first left, you can see it from the highway). We're asking people to show up for about 9:30 and cars will start rolling out at 10:30.

I might come with a couple of friends, is it MANDATORY to sign up? Because we are not sure 100% of going, I thought we could just drop in and cruise with everyone. Another thing is that none of our clubs are on the list (OntarioMR2, MY.IS)
PS. My car is up and running with 11 PSI of boost , quick enough to keep up with stock G35's!!

Just got a few of friends, but since we all drive different cars, we're gonna create our own "club".
Wayne, do mind bringing some extra waivier forms? I doubt I can meet up with any of the coordinators in time to pick some up. We can meet you guys at Kennedy commons.
Here's our list of cars
MR2
IS250 AWD
VW Rabbit
Subaru WRX
and possibly AE86 coupe if he feels like bringing it out
and POSSIBLY my old 350Z (I sold it to a friend of mine)

Hey guys,
I will have routes and waivers available for all the day of the cruise so if you need some look for the red g5
If you are looking for the waiver please look here http://falltour.ca/press.html We would like all who are looking to come to the Fall Tour to register as the night before I will be working on making groups so that it can be a bit more smoother with the starting point
Great to see so many G35s coming out this year!! Again if any of you have questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Ian - Are you referring to Mister_2/Colin on C7?
